Photograph: Samuel Gibbs/The GuardianThe Galaxy S10e has the same processor – the Samsung Exynos 9820 in the EU or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 in the US – as the larger, more expensive Galaxy S10 and S10+. For comparison, the 6.1in Galaxy S10 costs £799, the 6.4in Galaxy S10+ costs £899, the 5.5in Google Pixel 3 costs £739, the 6.1in Apple iPhone XR costs £749 and the OnePlus 7 costs £499. VerdictWith the Galaxy S10e Samsung has mostly managed to condense what is good about its 2019 flagship S10 line into something smaller and cheaper. But the Galaxy S10e is a good phone, which will be even better when bought on a deal.
