Samosa is generally referred to as small chops in Nigeria; it is usually served at events as an appetizer. Samosa is an Asian delicacy. It is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling which include; potatoes, onions, peas and lentils. Samosa is made with wheat flour traditionally fried but, many westerners prefer to bake them because it is more convenient and more healthy. Ingredients for Samosa– 120g flour– 200g minced beef or chicken– 1\2 teaspoon of salt– Warm water– Half teaspoon of spice such as thyme and dry parsley.
