Sammy Gyamfi was arrested today(Monday) immediately he was done with a programme with Peace Fm and UTV. As part of the Extended Legal Committee of the NDC, Lawyer Francis-Xavier Sosu did not know the reason for Sammy Gyamfi’s arrest. Meanwhile, Lawyer Francis-Xavier Sosu urged the police to grant Sammy Gyamfi bail and send the matter to court as it is in accordance with the law. Lawyer Francis-Xavier Sosu added that,”No matter what happens, we hope the police work in accordance with the law; when you arrest someone, the law allows you to grant the persona bail, and then we will go to court over the issue.”
