The Entrepreneur award was given to Nina Reddy, joint managing director, Savera Hotel; Visalakshi Ramaswamy, founder of M.Rm.Rm. The team from Tamil Nadu, which won the 23rd National Women's Football Championship, was awarded The Hindu Flying Colours Award for Excellence in Sports. “Each one of us women has fought our own battles to reach the centrestage; we must continue to be a support system for each other,” said Ms. Bedi.
