An Auckland ice cream shop is proving a hit with its new salmon ice cream, selling out its unusual flavour just two weeks after it was first served to intrigued customers. Shop assistant Mushan says the shop owner came up with the idea to experiment with salmon in ice cream after trialing it at their Japanese restaurant.
