Demanding justice for the death of her son, famous Bangla film actor Salman Shah’s mother Neela Chowdhury announced a rally to be held at the Muslim Institute in Chittagong on Saturday. It is now abundantly clear that my son did not commit suicide, he was murdered,” Neela said at the press conference. Salman Shah, who was a popular silver screen actor in the 90s, died under mysterious circumstances on September 6, 1996, at the age of 25. Salman Shah was born Shahriar Chowdhury Emon on September 19, 1971, in Sylhet. He achieved superstardom overnight with his suave charm in the 1993 film “Keyamot Theke Keyamot” by Sohanur Rahman Sohan.
