POLICE in Scotland said they are investigating an online threat made to author JK Rowling, after she tweeted about the stabbing of Salman Rushdie. The author issued a tweet saying she had hoped Rushdie was okay after he was allegedly stabbed 10 times, and said she felt "very sick." The Harry Potter creator assured fans "To all sending supportive messages: thank you police are involved (were already involved on other threats)".
