Former PSP leader says a 'minus one' conspiracy is underway to remove Sattar from the party leadershipPak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Salman Mujahid Baloch announced on Saturday to rejoin Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), less than two months after he joined the ranks of the Mustafa Kamal-led organisation. The development came as the party remains divided on awarding Senate’s tickets to its members, with Farooq Sattar adamant he reserves the right to award tickets to any member. Baloch went on to accuse Amir Khan of the rival group of conspiring against Sattar. On Friday, Election Commission of Pakistan enlisted MQM-P, among other political parties, with Dr Farooq Sattar as its convener. It was reported in December that Baloch left the MQM-P after he accused the party and Sattar of still maintaining contacts with party’s founder Altaf Hussain.
