Omar Faruq Faruqi, public prosecutor to the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge’s court, confirmed the information to bdnews24.com. The investigating officers in the two cases petitioned for the suspects to be remanded after bringing them to the court on Monday. Salman, Anisul, Inu, Menon, and Mamun were remanded for five days in the murder case of a man named Jishan. Anisul, Menon, Inu, and Mamun were also remanded for another five days in the murder case of a man named Mehedi Hasan.
