BCCI in a media release on Sunday announced Jahanara as a member of team Velocity while Salma Khatun is set to be part of team TrailblazersBangladesh national women’s team cricketers pacer Jahanara Alam and all-rounder Salma Khatun are set to take part in this year’s Women’s T20 Challengeu in UAE. The short tournament is considered as women’s event of the Indian Premier League T20 organised by the Board of Control for Cricket India (BCCI). BCCI in a media release on Sunday announced Jahanara as a member of team Velocity while Salma Khatun is set to be part of team Trailblazers. The stint will be second for Jahanara having played the tournament in the previous season but for Bangladesh skipper Salma the call is maiden. Trailblazers: Smriti Mandhana (Captain), Deepti Sharma (Vice Captain), Punam Raut, Richa Ghosh, Hemalatha Dayalan, Nuzhat Parween (Wicket-keeper), Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Harleen Deol, Jhulan Goswami, Simran Dil Bahadur, Salma Khatun, Sophie Ecclestone, Nattakan Chantham, Deandra Dottin and Kashvee Gautam.
