State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock and Member of Parliament (MP) for Tangail Sadar constituency Sultan Salauddin Tuku on Saturday said temple-based education activities are playing a very important role at the grassroots level. "Through temple-based education initiatives, students are growing up enriched with morality, humanity and social values, while also enhancing their skillsin the field of education," he said. The state minister noted that there is no concept of majority or minority in Bangladesh and that all are Bangladeshis. The state minister also assured that the government would provide maximum cooperation to followers of the Sanatan religion on any issue. Addressing teachers, the state minister said they are the architects of nation-building and their contribution to shaping educated citizens is immense.
