MANILA, Philippines — Leading MVP candidates Robert Bolick of San Beda and Bong Quinto of Letran banner the Saints team slugging it out with a depleted Heroes side in today’s NCAA Season 94 All-Star Game at the Filoil Flying V Center in San Juan. Completing the Saints team, handled by San Beda coach Boyet Fernandez, are CSB’s JJ Domingo and Luigi Velasco, Letran’s Christian Fajarito, San Beda’s Ranbill Tongco, San Sebastian’s Alvin Capobres, and Perpetual Help’s Jielo Razon, AJ Coronel and Kim Aurin. Aurin and Razon replaced Prince Eze and Edgar Charcos in the last minute. Reigning MVP CJ Perez, meanwhile, was out of the Heroes roster, together with Cameroonian Mike Nzeusseu, leaving the cudgels to twins Jaycee and Jayvee Marcelino of Lyceum of the Phl U. Also on tap are the slam dunk competition, a three-point shootout and skills challenge.
