He received several stitches which shows how despite the regular occurrence of such incidents, improvements have yet to be made to make the streets safer for pedestrians. Not only did he repeat the chance to pose with a wheelchair, he repeated the promise he made in years past -- to make Bangkok's streets safer and more accessible to all.
