India on Thursday expressed outrage at the reports of the release of the leader of terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Hafiz Saeed, saying the news of his release indicates Pakistan is not serious about bringing perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks to justice.
