MUMBAI: Recalling his glorious exploits in arid Sharjah , especially his famous " Desert Storm " knock of 143 against Australia to help India romp into the final of a tri-nation ODI event in the late 1990s, cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar described how physically tough it was. It was not so easy," he said.Tendulkar also spoke on the importance of fitness and how he prepared for the 2011 World Cup, won at home by India, in spite of injuries. The batting maestro also donated 100 pairs of shoes to the runners.
