According to the AFC, Saad had an astonishing 92% pass accuracy in the game along with the lone assist. Saad's career touched the peak at the end of last year when his glancing header against India earned Bangladesh their only point in four matches of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers. He is now in Qatar to play the fifth Group E fixture away against the reigning Asian Champions on 4 December.
