The Douglas County St. Vincent de Paul Society will be distributing boxes of fresh food on Tuesday morning. Mike Reese of the non-profit, said Roseburg St. Vincent de Paul will be distributing boxes from the parking lot of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, at the corner of Stewart Parkway and West Harvard. Boxes of food will be given out starting at 7:30 a.m.Sutherlin St. Vincent de Paul will have boxes of food at the group’s thrift store beginning at 8:00 a.m. The Catholic Church in western Oregon received a grant to help in the distribution of the boxes to the less fortunate. The local St. Vincent de Paul Society is open Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the campus of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
