Speaking to The Morning, Ministry of Trade Secretary B. Jayawardena said that following a recent discussion with the High Commission of India and the contractors, it has been decided that the construction of the Agro Cold Storage Complex at the Dambulla Dedicated Economic Centre would be completed by 31 March.
