A forensic audit report was made through this Commission, the report raised various concerns regarding these frauds and irregularities and even laid down several recommendations to be followed,” he said. “He has failed to answer these concerns raised by the forensic audit report. So far, no person has been punished based on this forensic audit report. In conclusion, he also stated that Cabraal’s appointment will create a negative impact on the country when international monetary transactions take place.
