Peel police say they received a call for the collision at Main St. North and Williams Pkwy. The provincial Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is examining the circumstances surrounding a collision between a police cruiser and a vehicle early Sunday morning in Brampton that left three people injured, including a Peel police officer. Two people from the non-police car were taken to the hospital in serious but non-life threatening condition. Media on scene reported that there appeared to be kegs in the back seat of the car. The collision occurred between a police cruiser and another vehicle carrying two people.
