Ontario's Special Investigations Unit has cleared five Toronto police officers of wrongdoing in the death of 29-year-old Regis Korchinski-Paquet, it announced Wednesday. That day, her mother, Claudette Beals Clayton, posted a video online, stating that she believed police officers pushed Korchinski-Paquet off the balcony. He said the officers' microphones did not pick that up, nor did the officers say they heard such words.
