The Airport Service Quality Awards, announced on Monday, recognize the world’s best airports for customer experience. Singapore’s Changi Airport also received additional honors for its dedicated staff and passengers’ ease in navigating the hub. The airport in Istanbul received honors for being clean and enjoyable in addition to its award for overall quality. ACI also introduced four new categories this year: airports with the most dedicated staff, easiest airport journey, most enjoyable airport and cleanest airport.
