The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index opened at 1,510.78 points, up 5.97 points from Tuesday's close. The SET50 index opened at 957.73 points, up 5.07 points or 0.53%, with a total trade value of 1.12 billion baht. The MAI index opened up 2.31 points or 0.40% to stand at 574.80 points with total transaction value of 191 million baht. The trade value was 2.68 billion baht with 554 million shares traded. Thai stocks opened up 0.40% at the start of trade this morning.
