The MAI index opened up 4.78 points or 0.82% to stand at 586.74 points with total transaction value of 143 million baht. The SET50 index opened at 978.38 points, up 15.76 points or 1.64%, with a total trade value of 3.24 billion baht. The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index opened at 1,538.81 points, up 20.12 points from Friday's close. The trade value was 4.22 billion baht with 503 million shares traded. Thai stocks opened up 1.32% at the start of trade this morning.
