Companies can submit their annual financial statements, general information sheets and other reports online beginning next week through the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) online portal. Corporations, partnerships and their authorized filers must enroll in the OST by filling out the online application form and submitting the required documents to ciffs-ost.sec.gov.ph. Submissions through email, mail or courier, and drop boxes in SEC offices would no longer be accepted once the tool is online. The SEC’s extension offices outside Metro Manila will only accept reports over the counter if the filer encountered problems during online enrollment or submission. The SEC will also set up OST kiosks in its offices and designated areas to extend technical assistance from March 15 to December 15.
