Apex court orders compan­y to pay salari­es, other incent­ives accord­ing to servic­e rulesKARACHI: Upholding the regularisation of 208 employees of Pakistan State Oil (PSO), the Supreme Court (SC) ordered on Friday PSO to pay salaries and other incentives to them according to service rules. A three-judge bench dismissed an appeal filed by PSO challenging the Sindh High Court’s decision to regularise the services of 208 employees. They mentioned that the Sindh High Court had later ordered the PSO management to regularise their services. Dismissing the appeal, the judges directed the PSO management to regularise the services of the petitioners from 2013. They further ordered them to pay salaries, pension and other incentives to the employees accordingly.
