Antonio Trillanes IV who pleaded to nullify President Duterte’s Proclamation No. It also told Judge Alameda that Trillanes’ amnesty given in 2010 has been declared void ab initio (from the beginning) by President Duterte’s Proclamation No. Trillanes told the SC that the proclamation which revoked his amnesty is null and void for violations of the Constitution. In his SC petition, Trillanes submitted documents which, he said, would prove that he met the requirements of amnesty specifically his formal application and admission of guilt on the crimes charged against him.
