Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta will be leading the launch of JPAS, also known as the Judiciary Help Desk. “Its duties and functions, among others, are to manage effectively, efficient and innovative all public assistance concerns of the general public,” the SC said in a statement. “The setting-up of a help desk is included in Chief Justice Peralta’s Ten-Point Program, which focuses on judicial reforms concerning the core areas of efficiency, integrity, security, and service within the Philippine Judiciary,” the SC said.
