The state-run bank has the highest exposure to the Kingfisher Airlines' loans that have turned bad. The hearing comes after Attorney General Mukul Rohtagi had said that Mallya had defied court orders by not disclosing his assets and properties completely. According to a LiveMint report, Mallya and his company also tried to sell the assets to thwart the court proceedings against them before a debt recovery tribunal in Bengaluru.
