LAHORE: The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday ordered transfer of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Amna Amir according to her grade besides taking no action based on victimisation against her. It is to mention here that the Anti-corruption department Punjab registered cases against the DG LDA over Orange Line Metro Train project’s construction work. LDA DG Amna Amir were transferred over the cases and Amna Amir filed petition in the Supreme Court over the matter. The Counsel for Punjab government said that two FIRs registered against DG LDA will be dealt with as per law. DG LDA said that her promotion process stands stalled due to registration of two cases against her by anti-corruption.
