Since then, it has been under the possession of the police and currently the incumbent Islamabad IGP Muhammad Amir Zulfiqar is living there, the petition adds. Ordering the housing minister to look into the case, the top court disposed of the case. Then, the chief justice remarked that a two-month time period was given or the operation in Karachi precisely due to the law and order situation. “The Sindh governor had called me personally to assure that he is working on the matter in a personal capacity,” the chief justice added.
