This (EWS quota) is based on economic parameters. How does the government hope to handle the 10 per cent quota which has been challenged in the High Court? There have been BJP state presidents before, but they were hardly seen or heard like you are. Yes, that’s the reason we gave the 10 per cent EWS (economically weaker section) quota. The EWS quota will take care of that.
