Chief Judicial Magistrate Md Ali Ahsan of the district’s magistrate court directed the Habiganj district magistrate, superintendent of police and Nabiganj police station officer-in-charge (OC) in this regard, on Tuesday. As per the instructions, the student, Wasim Afnan's body was dug up from the grave and was sent for autopsy as it had not been done before the burial. On March 25, SAU authorities filed a case against the bus driver, helper and supervisor over Wasim’s death. The driver and helper were arrested shortly after the incident, and during primary interrogation, both confessed of their involvement.
