The Special Action Force (SAF) member who was arrested during a pot session on Saturday was tested positive for drugs, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief said. Tubig was observed smirking and crying when Albayalde presented her to the media on Monday. “She is currently not on her right mind because she is still high on drugs. This is science,” the PNP chief said. Tubig was arrested with John Vincent German and Fernando German while having pot session during simultaneous operation in Taguig City.
