President William Ruto will have a meeting with former US President Barack Obama on Thursday (today). The meeting will come ahead of the official state reception by President Joe Biden at the White House. On Wednesday, President Ruto visited the White House in an initial meeting where he was received by President Joe Biden. During the visit, Biden hosted Ruto for a roundtable on technology as they also engaged on other bilateral and multilateral issues of concern. In their Thursday meeting, Biden and Ruto, together with their delegations will further engage in Kenya-US economic, health and security partnership.
