President William Ruto/PCSPresident William Ruto is set to address a joint sitting of Parliament next Thursday. In a message to Parliament, communicated by Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, Ruto will make the 2024 State of the Nation address to Parliament. Ruto will address measures taken to achieve national security, and national values, and also highlight the achievements of his administration. “I wish to inform the house that I have received a message from His Excellency the President conveying that he intends to deliver the 2024 State of the Nation Address in Parliament on Thursday, November 21, 2024,” Wetang’ula said. The address is an annual requirement of the constitution.
