During lockdown residents of care homes have not been allowed visitors, but the latest rule-change means Ruth is now allowed in to see Joan. She took a Covid test and was then able to reunite with her mum. She then added a video showing her mum fussing Maggie, adding: "On #internationalwomensday I got,at last, to spend an hour of it with the most inspirational woman in my life..."My darling Mum Maggie was SO excited to see her too!"
