His body was recovered around 10am on Saturday. Police said the death occurred on Saturday as Vatzim was trying to fix the geyser in his apartment. Ishwardi police station Officer-in-Charge Bahauddin Faruqi said: “The Russian national used to live on the 14th floor of Green City, the living quarters adjacent to the under-construction power plant. The police and fire service personnel recovered his body around 10am.
