MOSCOW—Differences between Russia and the U.S. over Iran and other international issues shouldn't harm efforts to improve relations between the two countries, the Kremlin said Monday. “It is no secret that on a whole range of questions of international and regional policy, the positions of Moscow and Washington are diametrically different,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters Monday, Russian news agencies reported.
