In London vehicles suffered delays of 36 per cent during today’s rush hour, a rise from 31 per cent a week earlier. In Nottingham, levels of congestion increased from 27 per cent last week to 49 per cent this morning. However, the figures from TomTom made it clear that towns and cities remain significantly quieter than before the pandemic.
