The utilization ratio is the percentage of vaccines delivered that have been administered. Article content The utilization ratio tells us that Ontario is doing better than the national average in administering the vaccine doses that have been delivered to it. However, America’s utilization ratio is 79.3 per cent, or just a couple of percentage points higher than Canada or Ontario.
