Harrington, 21, of Campground Road, Rumney, faces a Class B felony charge of reckless conduct after allegedly fleeing from police and crashing into another vehicle in Bridgewater. Harrington also faces Class A misdemeanor charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated in an attempt to elude police and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol level exceeding .16 percent. Michael Buskey, 19, of Old Route 25, Rumney, faces Class A and Class B misdemeanor charges of simple assault. Christopher J. Haggerty, 39, of Town Pond Road, Alexandria, faces two Class A misdemeanor charges of stalking for making two telephone calls in violation of a protective order. Robert O’Dea, 25, of Pleasant Street, Plymouth, faces a Class A misdemeanor charge of simple assault.
