Deputy spokesman Dr Pattarapon Jungsomjatepaisal said anyone failing to register by then would have to comply with the terms of a new regulation. The regulation says only blind masseurs who graduated from institutes certified by the department can be registered. Registration is done at the department’s Health Business Centre in Nonthaburi or any provincial public health office.
