Have we heard from World Rugby or the Six Nations. They have allowed a creeping culture of dissent to evolve at the top levels of the game. And a conflagration is where this sort of public player dissent can end up, particularly when the commentators rant on, "ridiculous" being a repeated and inappropriate word during the cricket incident. It is long past the time for World Rugby to take remedial action.
