SportSri Lanka beat China 17-12 in the rugby Cup quarter-final match at the 18th Asian Games 2018 played at the GBK Rugby Field in Indonesia today (31). Sri Lanka scored from three tries and a conversion while China scored from two tries and a conversion. Sudam Sooriyarachchi, Srinath Sooriyabandara and Reeza Raffaideen scored tries for Sri Lanka. Earlier today competing in Group 'C' Sri Lanka beat Afghanistan (36-0) after thrashing United Arab Emirates 68-0 and losing narrowly to South Korea 31-26. Sri Lanka will play in the second Cup semi-final on Saturday (1) at 12.45pm Sri Lanka time.
