GHAZIABAD: A 26-year-old Uttarakhand woman staying alone at a rented flat in Ghaziabad’s Rajendra Nagar was shot dead by two armed bikers in broad daylight on Thursday, police said. The Uttarakhand woman had shifted to the Kanha Complex residential society nearly six-seven months ago, the police said. Minutes before she was shot dead, she was seen sitting at a nearby office on the same floor of her society where the unidentified woman arrived and took her downstairs. “Within a couple of minutes after the two women walked past my shop, I heard gunshots. We are trying to identify the unidentified woman,” the SHO said.
