Last week Leigh Corfman, another Alabaman, alleged that Moore touched her crotch and made her touch his when she was 14. Moore sided with the offender over state prosecutors in 13 of those cases. Moore sided with the state in the other three cases. Moore sided with the majority on separate questions relating to Ware’s convictions for burglary and robbery. Records on cases heard by the Alabama supreme court during Moore’s first period in the job were not immediately available from the court.
