Due to the claps of their tabled guest relations officers, four men were arrested owing to unpaid bills and damage caused inside a disco bar Wednesday night in Caloocan City. Arrested were Marciano Mongcao, 40, of Barangay 63 Grace Park, 9th Avenue, Caloocan; Mark Stephen Romiano, 23, of Sta. According to police reports, the four were inside the Rolex Disco and KTV Bar on MacArthur Highway, Monumento Barangay 78, Caloocan. Apart from their orders of alcoholic drinks and food, the men also asked for female GROs, who ordered for ladies’ drinks. When they asked for and saw their bill, the men became angry with the amount listed.
