There was drama at the Court of Appeal on Thursday after two law firms appeared on behalf of a blogger who appealed Ekuru Aukot's inclusion in the fresh election. While one firm sought to withdraw the case, that of lawyer Nelson Havi, who filed the case on behalf of Abraham Mutai, wanted the matter to proceed. He sensationally claimed Jubilee had coerced his client to withdraw the matter further and promised Mutai Sh7 million if he drops the case.
