Rose Apothecary building from ‘Schitt’s Creek’ hit TV series is on the market for $2.35 million

The storefront property that housed Rose Apothecary in “Schitt’s Creek,” an award-winning sitcom, featuring Canadian comedian Eugene Levy and his son, Dan Levy; Annie Murphy and Catherine O’Hara, is for sale. The property in Goodwood, Ont., at 299 Regional Highway 47, is a “landmark building full of history, even before being featured on a popular Canadian TV series!,” the property listing reads. There’s a storefront attached, the same one used for Rose Apothecary, the shop of locally-sourced products run by Dan Levy’s character David Rose. In 2020, the location of the Rose family’s Rosebud Motel, the Hockley Motel, hit the market. It notes “Schitt’s Creek” isn’t the only production that has used the motel to film: “A History of Violence,” “Umbrella Academy,” and “11.22.63” also feature the property.
